🧭 What Squad is

Squad gives you AI agents that work like a team. You tell them what you want in plain words, they do the work, and anything that genuinely needs your judgment comes back as a question you can answer in seconds. You stop being the person who does everything and become the person who decides a few things a day.

There is nothing to assemble. The moment your workspace exists, your squad exists: a lead agent that coordinates, and specialists that own lanes like support, content, research, or outreach. The sidebar shows the whole roster with a live dot - green working, grey idle, amber paused - and typing a message to your lead is using the product correctly. Everything else in these docs is detail you can meet later, when the work calls for it.

Four words carry the whole product:

Mission - a unit of work you hand over. It lives on the Missions board and moves from Backlog to Done, with live progress on every card.

Ticket - a question only you can answer. When an agent hits a real decision (spend money? send this to a customer?), it asks instead of guessing. Your questions wait in My Tickets; most take about thirty seconds.

Run - one execution by one agent. Every run is recorded with what it did, how long it took, and what it cost - receipts, not faith.

Doc - durable output. Agents write and maintain living documents in Docs: briefs, reports, reference pages.

💡 Tip: The loop behind every screen: you delegate → agents work → a ticket if it needs you → you decide → work ships → the squad remembers. Every job in What's possible is that loop pointed at a different part of your business.

The sidebar, top to bottom: Home (say what you want, see what needs you), Missions, My Tickets, Email (agent inboxes), Docs, Scheduled (what runs on its own), then the Squad chat and your roster. Anything else is one search away: press cmd+K and type where you want to go, or open the Help Center from the question mark in the top bar.

One honest note: agents run on your AI accounts (connect any of them in Settings → AI Tokens), and research tools use credits with visible caps. Nothing spends silently - What it costs shows where every unit goes.
