PostSyncer schedules and publishes social posts across every platform. Connect it, and your agents can draft, schedule, and publish posts, and report on how they do. PostSyncer is in the Recommended section of the catalog. It connects with a PostSyncer API token that you paste. It has no sign-in button.

What agents can do in PostSyncer

Agents get PostSyncer tools with names that start with postsyncer_. With them, agents can:
  • Draft and schedule posts (postsyncer_create-post, postsyncer_update-post).
  • See the calendar (postsyncer_list-posts, postsyncer_list-campaigns).
  • Plan a series of posts (postsyncer_create-campaign).
  • Attach media from a web address (postsyncer_upload-media-from-url).
  • Report on performance (postsyncer_get-analytics-summary, postsyncer_sync-post-analytics).
  • Read and reply to comments (postsyncer_list-comments, postsyncer_create-comment).
  • Delete posts and media.
Squad blocks one PostSyncer tool: delete-account, which removes one of your connected social accounts. Your workspace computer never gives this tool to any agent. Deleting posts and media stays available to agents, so they can clean up your calendar. Posts go out on your real social accounts. Agents are told to schedule drafts for your review, unless you approved immediate publishing for that kind of post. This is an instruction to the agents. Squad does not enforce it. PostSyncer has no access levels in Squad, and there is no Per-agent access setting for it. The tools appear within a couple of minutes after you connect. Until then, agents cannot see them.

Connect PostSyncer

Before you start:
  • You need a PostSyncer account with your social accounts connected in PostSyncer. Sign in at postsyncer.com.
  • Your Squad subscription must be active.

Create a PostSyncer API token

In PostSyncer, open Settings > API Integrations and click Create. Copy the token.

Open Integrations

In Squad, open Settings > Integrations.

Add an integration

On the Connected apps tab, click + Add integration.

Choose PostSyncer

Under Recommended, click PostSyncer. The Connect PostSyncer window opens.

Paste the token

Paste the token in the API token field.

Click Connect PostSyncer

Click Connect PostSyncer.
Check that it works: PostSyncer shows under YOUR CONNECTIONS. When you open it again, the window shows “Connected. Your agents can use PostSyncer.” If PostSyncer is not in the catalog, or connecting fails with a message that your workspace is still updating, your workspace computer does not yet run a version that enforces the blocked tool. Squad shows and connects PostSyncer only when it does.

Replace the token

Open the account menu (⋯) on the PostSyncer row and click Replace key. Paste the new token and click Save new key. Squad stores one PostSyncer token for your workspace. A new token replaces the old one. You cannot connect a second PostSyncer account.

Disconnect PostSyncer

Open the account menu (⋯) on the PostSyncer row and click Disconnect. Squad deletes the stored token from your workspace computer.
Disconnect in the account menu acts at once. In the Manage PostSyncer window, Disconnect asks you to click Really disconnect? first.

Add PostSyncer as your own MCP server

You cannot. If you add an MCP server with PostSyncer’s server address, Squad rejects it and tells you to connect PostSyncer from its card. This keeps the blocked tool blocked.

Costs
