⏱ Your first ten minutes
3 min read · Updated
Your squad is already set up and already working - setup connected your AI, and the roster in the sidebar is live. There is no checklist to finish before you can use it. The whole operating loop is three moves, and you can make all three in your first ten minutes:
- Say what you want. Type into the composer on Home (or open any agent's Chat) and describe something from today's real to-do list, in the words you'd use with a person. Your lead routes it to the right agent - you never have to know who does what.
- Watch it move. The mission appears on the Missions board with a live status line on its card ("Reading your pricing page…"). Click the card any time for the full trail of what's happening.
- Answer the ticket, if one appears. When the work hits a real decision, the agent asks instead of guessing - the question waits in My Tickets with everything you need to decide in one screen. Answer it and the mission unblocks itself.
That's the product: you decide, they do. Everything else - schedules, email inboxes, integrations - is optional and can wait until the work calls for it.
A first message that shows the loop end to end
Research the pricing pages of my three closest competitors [name them]. Write a doc comparing their tiers, what they gate, and where we're cheaper or more expensive. If you're unsure who my competitors are, open a ticket and ask instead of guessing. Done looks like: a doc in Docs I can read in 3 minutes, with a recommendation at the top.
💡 Tip: Notice the last sentence - "Done looks like". It's the single highest-leverage habit in this product. Agents that know what done looks like finish; agents that don't, ask.
When you're ready for more: open Scheduled in the sidebar and give your lead one standing job - a daily 8 AM "summarize yesterday: what shipped, what's stuck, what needs me". Tomorrow it's waiting before you are. And the What's possible gallery on Home shows proven jobs other people run, each with a guided setup.
