Worth knowing explicitly:

Agents can't exceed caps. Daily email caps, credit auto-recharge maximums, schedule timeouts - hard stops enforced by the platform, not polite suggestions to the model.

Draft-for-review means nothing sends unapproved. The approval is enforced at send time, not honor-system.

Tickets gate the judgment calls - an agent told to open tickets for spend, customers, or direction will block rather than guess.

Pause always works. Pause any agent from its profile - it stops picking up scheduled runs, email, and new missions until you resume, and work in progress is left tidy. It's the platform stopping the agent, not asking it to stop. Pausing is always safe; resuming is one click.

Your credentials stay yours. Secrets are write-only (readable by tools, never displayed back); AI accounts live on your own subscriptions, revocable at the source any time.

Every action has a receipt

Runs is the flight recorder (press cmd+K and type Runs, or Settings → Runs): every execution - scheduled jobs, chat replies, email triage, research calls - is a row with when, which agent, what triggered it, how long, which model, and whether it succeeded. Open any run for the full receipt: what it read, the tools it called, token usage, and a jump to the related mission. Errors show the exact failure, with a "Raise the timeout" shortcut when that's the fix. Each row also itemizes cost, so a busy day's spend is sorted and timestamped.

Notifications only interrupt for real decisions

Settings → Notifications lists every event with separate In-app and Email switches. The defaults follow one rule: you hear about things only you can unblock - escalations, blocked missions, billing - and the routine hum stays visible but silent (drafts and inbox activity in-app only, a Monday digest by email, task completions off). Tighten or loosen per event rather than muting everything.
