📱 Telegram, Slack, Discord & the phone

The dashboard is one door to your squad, not the only one. Every channel below talks to the same agents with the same memory and board - a mission started from Slack shows up on Missions like any other.

Telegram

Settings → Telegram connects a bot per agent - always optional, and you can connect one whenever you want. Each bot answers only the people on its allowlist: you're always on it, and you add teammates per bot under "Who can message it" using their Telegram user ID. An allowed teammate chats with the squad the same way you do, and agents keep track of who's who. Bots can also sit in group chats - turn on Group chats for that bot, and inside the group it still answers only allowlisted people.

Slack

Settings → Slack installs your squad into your workspace - no public URL needed. Agents answer DMs directly and reply in channels when @mentioned; replies land in threads so channels stay tidy, and a Settings toggle controls the threading behavior. If messages ever stop arriving, the Verify connection button checks the real grant your Slack app holds and names exactly what is missing, with the steps to fix it.

Discord

Settings → Discord adds bots that answer DMs from allowed people and reply when @mentioned in your server's channels. Same squad, another door in.

The iOS app

The Squad app is on the App Store. The phone is the decision device: everything that needs you (tickets and email approvals) in one queue, answerable in a tap - plus the board, chat with your lead, and a nudge for any agent. Same account, same live data as the dashboard.

💡 Tip: Decisions that need the owner's judgment always route to the owner as tickets, whichever channel the conversation happens in.
