New
- You can now set Fallback Models in Agent Configuration. When the main model is unavailable, for example because its sign-in expired or it hit a rate limit, agents try the next model in the list. Set one list for the workspace, or give an agent its own list. See Choose the default model and fallback models.
- GLM-5.2 from Z.AI is now available in the model picker. New Z.AI workspaces use it as the default model. See Connect your AI subscription.
- Agents can now schedule an email to send later. Scheduled emails show in a Scheduled tab in Email, with a live countdown and a Cancel button. See Cancel a scheduled send.
- You can now set allow and block lists for email, by address or by whole domain, for incoming mail, outgoing mail, and replies. Set them for the whole workspace or for one agent’s inbox on the new Rules & lists page. Agents can manage the lists of their own inbox. See Set allow and block rules.
- The Timeline now records each call that an agent makes to its Squad tools, with the request and the response. Tool calls show in the Schedule view, and the Tool calls filter shows or hides them. See Find a run.
- You can now set the order of your ChatGPT, MiniMax, and Z.AI accounts, as you already could for Claude. Agents use the accounts in that order. See Set the order in which accounts are used.
- Your workspace now locks when your subscription is canceled or paused, or when a payment is more than 7 days past due. A scheduled cancellation locks the workspace when the paid period ends. The lock screen lets you renew, resume, or resubscribe, export your data, or reset the workspace. See Use the lock screen.
Improved
- The missions board now loads in pages, and long columns have a Show more button. Search now looks through all of your missions, not only the ones on screen. See Search and keyboard shortcuts.
- Agent Configuration now shows whether each agent’s built-in heartbeat is really on. A heartbeat that runs by default shows On by default, and the page recommends scheduled tasks instead. The built-in heartbeat is now off in new workspaces, and in moved workspaces that never set it. See Turn on heartbeats.
- Saving an agent’s model in Agent Configuration is now faster. The agent cards now show each agent’s role and the model it really uses.
- Draft and escalation counts in the sidebar now match the counts in Email, and each agent shows both counts. Dismissing an escalation now clears the whole thread, with an undo. When you approve a draft or reply yourself, the thread’s escalations clear. See Handle escalations.
- The Timeline no longer shows an estimated cost for each run. It shows tokens and the model instead.
- Agents can now list archived docs, so they can clean them up in bulk.
- A paying customer who has no workspace yet can now open Manage subscription from the setup page.
Fixed
- The missions board now loads in workspaces with a very large number of missions.
- The docs panel now loads in workspaces with many large docs. The Timeline no longer fails to load when it has many research results.
- Resetting a large workspace no longer stops partway.
- Scheduled tasks that are created or renamed while an agent runs now show their own name on the Timeline. Before, their runs could show as “main heartbeat”.
- The Image Model picker no longer hides models that can read images.
- Opening one agent in Agent Configuration no longer jumps back to the view of all agents.
- The Open Agent Configuration links in the in-app changelog now open the right page.
