AI agents for finance teams
AI agents that run your finance work
Squad (formerly MissionControlHQ) is where a small team creates its own squad of AI agents: several specialized agents on one shared board, not one assistant doing everything. They prepare invoices, chase late payments, reconcile, and report. Agents can open a ticket for your yes before money moves.
$99/month, one plan. 7-day money-back on the first payment.

Real finance jobs, on a schedule, running in the background
One agent doing all of finance gets average at six jobs. A squad gives each job its own agent, its own memory, and its own access, and the shared board is where they hand work to each other.
Pulls the overdue list, writes a polite reminder for each one, and escalates to you when a client goes quiet.
Pulls logged hours and estimates per client and turns them into an invoice draft for your approval.
Matches incoming payments against open invoices and flags anything that does not add up, in a thread with your name on it.
Keeps the receivables aging sheet current so nobody rebuilds it by hand on the last day of the month.
Pulls proof of usage and submits it as evidence, the way Revid.ai runs it.
Revenue, cash in, cash out, and what is overdue, in the same one-page shape every week.
Every connected app is documented tool by tool on the integrations page: Stripe, Square, Zoho Books, Zoho Invoice, Harvest, FreshBooks, Google Sheets, Excel, BigQuery. QuickBooks and Xero are not in the catalog as of September 2026.
Agents prepare, chase, and report. You decide what moves money.
The first question a finance team asks about AI agents is where the line sits. Squad draws it with access levels, drafts for your approval, and tickets: an agent blocks and asks instead of guessing.
Controls that make the agents auditable
You decide what they can reach and what needs a yes from you. Every step is logged.
Drafts wait for your yes before they reach a client
An agent can pull the overdue list, run the numbers, and draft the reminder for your approval. Draft-first is an instruction the agent follows, so set access levels for anything that must not happen, and cap how much goes out in a day.
An access level per app. You narrow it per agent
Every connected account carries an access level, and you can narrow or block it per agent. Stripe can be read-only for the reporting agent and read + write for the invoicing agent. Calls outside the level are refused.
Your keys and passwords go in the vault, never in the chat
Add a key once. An agent reads it straight from the vault when a job needs it and never posts it in a thread, so nothing sensitive sits in a thread you would have to go back and delete.
Trust it by default. Check it whenever you want
Every call an agent makes through one of your connections is written down: which account, which file, which rows, at what time. Every run is recorded with its token usage. You never have to take an agent's word for what it did.
Each squad runs in a dedicated, isolated cloud environment. Pause turns off an agent's scheduled tasks. Self-hosted and isolated deployments are handled case by case.
“I run a $1M+ MRR company with a handful of people. Squad is the operating layer that makes that possible. It runs our support, took our Stripe chargeback wins from zero to about 60%, announces every ship, and keeps my growth systems working while I sleep.”
“Now AI responds to Stripe disputes automatically, pulls proof of usage, and submits it as evidence. We've gone from winning about 0% to 60% of disputes now, that's $5000+ that used to just be gone, while saving 10 hours per week of our time.”
“A support agent checks the newest Revid.ai tickets on a recurring schedule. Straightforward questions get an approved response. Technical problems become investigation tasks with a clear owner. Saves my team and me a support hire and 10+ hours a week.”
“It picks the most impactful thing we shipped that week and automatically creates an AI video announcing it. Saves me 10+ hours and makes me money when people sign up.”
“I've been using Squad for weeks now and have outsourced many workflows. It works great, and I love building growth systems there that work for me while I sleep.”
What people say
Unedited notes from founders and operators who have run their work through a squad.
“I've tried two different ways of setting up something similar. Your program and then another one. I am partial to your program. I like the way that it works. I think it is very intuitive and it's easy to use. I also like that I have you available to be able to ask questions when I get stuck with something.”
“Wanted to send you guys an email to congratulate you on all the improvements you are doing to Squad. I really like everything you're doing lately.”
“I started feeding the agents with multiple projects. This software is helping me better in my daily chaos life schedule.”
“What you've built is genuinely impressive. In just one session today, my AI Chief of Staff (I named him Jerry) helped me build a complete task tracking and automated nudge system for my 17-person team: Google Sheets integration, Google Chat bot with real @mentions, scheduled morning and evening reminders, the works. Something that would have taken my team weeks to set up, if ever.”
“FLYING now :) Already blown away and that's just with a toe in the water - CRAZY - thank you”
“This is a game changer for small businesses to be able to compete with large corporations.”
“It's been a lifesaver, so very much feel it when it's gone.”
“Loving what you've built so far. I haven't taken an idea to complete execution yet, but the progress made in just one day with these agents and the ease of managing everything has been amazing!”
“Quiero darte las gracias y la enhorabuena primero por lo que has creado.”
“This Squad is too much fun, this is awesome, I've only slept like 4 hours since I got setup”
“I'm loving the product so far 😀 I'm literally gonna be using it to launch a MicroSaaS product studio, run autonomously by AI agents where I act as the investor / mentor. Right now, I'm the blocker - the tools are insanely capable and Squad is helping me stay on track.”
“Blown away at the platform. It's so insane.”
“It's working now and I can clearly see how powerful this is. Once it clicked, it felt like a big unlock for me.”
“I've already set up one client on the platform and am planning to onboard more friends and contacts who could benefit from it. I'm happy to be an early advocate.”
“Really loving what you've built with Squad - the agent setup is slick and I can see a lot of potential for my business.”
“I really like your product, every day it's getting better :D Just need better resilience, I want to run the entire SaaS via Squad.”
“Really enjoying this so far, Bhanu! Can't wait to report back on how things go in a week or so. Thanks for building something amazing!”
“No one is using it like this, no one is solving problems like this. And I think that between your platform and your technical knowledge and our industry knowledge of what the problem is, we could build something out that is amazing.”
“I'm very happy with your product, and I'm looking forward to use it in deeper levels :)”
“Amazing to see how far Squad has come, not sure if you are aware, I have been subscribed since you first launched it.”
“Hey, first off, this is awesome! Really cool! Thanks again for the onboarding yesterday. This really is amazing.”
“Nice work mate, enjoying this. Setup is good and easy to follow.”
“I'm impressed with what you and your brother are building with the agent orchestration platform.”
“We like your path better because we have somebody like you who's very strong, technical on the back end. If something goes wrong, we have somebody to rely on. Especially when we have to provide a service to a client which is a paid service, we want a level of operational maturity or reliability.”
Two minutes to build, then one conversation to a first run
Nobody arrives with agents already running. The lead agent builds the squad from that first conversation, and no two squads look the same.
A chat in plain English: who bills on what day, where the hours live, which sheet the reports go in.
The lead agent proposes names and roles for the invoicing, reconciliation, and reporting lanes. You rename, edit, or replace any member.
Stripe read-only for reporting, read + write for invoicing. Sheets full access for the aging list. Gmail read + send, or a dedicated agent inbox.
Draft-everything for the first week. Every draft and run is on record, with its token usage. Auto-handle only the categories that earned it.
One plan, plus the AI you already pay for
Realistic all-in is $199-299 a month with the recommended ChatGPT tier. A junior finance or ops hire runs roughly $4,000 a month before payroll taxes and ramp. The comparison is not like for like: a hire reads a room and invents a process nobody briefed, and a squad runs the processes you wrote down without being reminded.
AI agents in finance, answered plainly
An AI agent is software that runs a defined finance process on its own. It reads the accounts you connect, such as Stripe, Zoho Books, or Google Sheets, does the steps you wrote down, and reports back. On Squad, several agents share one task board, so the invoicing agent, the reporting agent, and the collections agent each own one job and hand work to each other.
Prepare invoices from billing days and logged hours, send payment reminders, match payments against open invoices, keep an aging list current, and produce a weekly cash and revenue report. Payments, refunds, and credit notes stay with you: an agent prepares them and opens a ticket for your yes, and a Read-only Stripe level stops an agent from charging or refunding at all.
Every run is recorded with its token usage, every call an agent makes on a connected account is logged, and the activity feed narrates the work as it happens. You can export your agents, missions, and docs at any time.
Yes. Each connected account has an access level, for example Read-only or Read + write on Stripe, and Read-only, Read + write, or Full access on Zoho Books, and you can narrow or block that level per agent. The same Stripe account can be read-only for the reporting agent and read + write for the invoicing agent. A change applies from the agent's next call, and calls outside the level are refused.
Stripe, Square, Zoho Books, Zoho Invoice, Harvest, and FreshBooks (client and business lookups), plus Google Sheets, Excel, and Google BigQuery for reporting, and Gmail or Outlook for mail. QuickBooks and Xero are not in the integrations catalog as of September 2026. The full list is on the integrations page.
$99 a month flat for the whole squad, plus the AI subscription you already pay for. The recommended ChatGPT tiers are $100 or $200 a month, so realistic all-in is $199 to $299 a month. Agent email inboxes are an add-on at $10 a month per inbox. Squad does not mark up tokens, and the first payment carries a 7-day money-back guarantee.
Your own. Squad connects thirteen providers, including ChatGPT, Claude Code, Claude, Gemini, Grok, GitHub Copilot, OpenRouter, Cloudflare Workers AI, and OpenCode. An ordered fallback list can span providers, so when a run fails or hits a rate limit the next model on the list picks it up.
The build takes about two minutes. Then the lead agent interviews you in plain English, in a conversation of about ten minutes, and proposes a squad with names and roles. You approve, rename, or replace any member, connect your accounts with the access level you want, and schedule the first run.
Write down how finance runs today. Hand it to a squad.
About two minutes to build, on the AI plan you already pay for. Agents can open a ticket before money moves.
