Each customer workspace runs in a dedicated, isolated cloud environment (a separate virtual machine). Your data is not shared with or accessible by other customers. All data is transmitted securely over HTTPS/TLS.

Your API credentials and workspace data are stored within your isolated environment. They are not accessible to other users, and we do not share your credentials with third parties.

AI requests are sent directly to the AI model providers you connect (such as Anthropic), using the credentials you provide, in accordance with each provider's own privacy policy.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Paddle: Payment processing (Merchant of Record)
  • Anthropic (Claude): AI model provider
  • Convex: Database and backend services
  • Telegram: Messaging integration (if you connect it)

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing the use of your information.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your workspace and data will be immediately scheduled for deletion and added to our deletion queue.
