Refund Policy

No Refunds

Squad (formerly MissionControlHQ) does not issue refunds on subscription fees, whether monthly or annual. The moment you subscribe, we provision dedicated server resources and infrastructure on your behalf; these costs are incurred immediately and cannot be recovered, which makes refunds infeasible for us to offer.

Please only subscribe if you have a clear need for the product. We strongly encourage you to explore the landing page, documentation, and any available trial or demo material before purchasing to confirm Squad is the right fit for you.

The same policy applies to one-time credit purchases: credit top-ups are non-refundable once purchased, and unused credits are not redeemable for cash. Purchased credits do not expire while your subscription is active.

Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Nothing in this policy affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable law that cannot be excluded.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period, but the current period itself is non-refundable.

Terms Violations

Accounts terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service (including but not limited to reverse engineering, illegal use, or building a competing product) are terminated immediately and finally, with no eligibility for any refund.
