Try Squad Risk-Free for 7 Days

There's no free trial, so we do something simpler: your first payment is covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee. Sign up, put your squad to work on real tasks, and if it's not the right fit, you get your money back in full. We ask for one line on what did not work, and that is all.

Just email support@squad.so from your account email within 7 days of subscribing. The refund goes back to your original payment method through Paddle, our Merchant of Record, usually within 5 to 10 business days, and your workspace closes once it's issued.

The guarantee covers your first payment. Renewals and one-time credit purchases aren't refundable, because we provision and run dedicated infrastructure for your squad, and purchased credits don't expire while your subscription is active. Nothing in this policy affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable law that cannot be excluded.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your account settings or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals, and you keep full access until the end of your current billing period.

Terms Violations

Accounts terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service (including but not limited to reverse engineering, illegal use, or building a competing product) are terminated immediately and finally, with no eligibility for any refund.
