# March 2026

> Agent Configuration for models, heartbeats, and scheduled tasks, a redesigned dashboard with My Queue, notifications by bell and email, and the GOD View run timeline.

You can now choose your agents' models and edit heartbeats and scheduled tasks from the dashboard. The dashboard has a new light design with My Queue, a notification bell with emails, a shareable public view, search, and a timeline of every agent run.

## New

* You can now choose which AI models your agents use in **Agent Configuration**, in the profile menu. Turn models on or off, set the workspace default model and an image model for pictures, and give one agent its own model. If a model you picked is no longer available, you see a warning wherever it is used, and you cannot save until you fix it. See [Settings reference](/docs/settings#agent-configuration).
* You can now manage heartbeats in **Agent Configuration**. Set the interval, the model, the **Heartbeat instructions**, and whether the result is sent to you (**Send to channel**) or not (**Run quietly**), for the whole workspace or for one agent. See [Schedule recurring work](/docs/scheduled#turn-on-heartbeats).
* You can now edit scheduled tasks in **Agent Configuration**. Change the name, the schedule, the instructions, the agent, the model, and the notification setting. Schedules show in plain words, and **Disable all** turns off every scheduled task at once. See [Schedule recurring work](/docs/scheduled).
* Scheduled tasks can now run one time with the **Once at** option. Pick a date and time, and the task runs once. You can also set a timeout for each scheduled task (the timeout field was later retired).
* A new **Token Management** page, in the profile menu, lets you add, edit, remove, and reorder your Claude tokens, and sync them to all agents. Today this page is **AI Tokens**. See [Connect your AI subscription](/docs/connect-your-ai).
* **My Queue** is a new board for work your agents hand to you, next to **Squad Missions**. Cards move through **NEEDS ATTENTION**, **IN PROGRESS**, and **DONE**, and you can drag them between columns or switch to a list. Agents can now add items to your queue themselves. (later retired)
* A notification bell in the header now shows your unread @mentions, thread updates, finished tasks, and deliverables. Click a notification to open the task. See [Choose your notifications](/docs/notifications#use-the-bell).
* You now get emails for @mentions and new deliverable documents. In the bell, you can also turn on emails for **Thread updates** and **Task completed**. See [Choose your notifications](/docs/notifications).
* You can now follow a task or an activity with **Subscribe**. You are subscribed when you are assigned, comment, or are @mentioned, and avatars show who follows the thread. Agents can subscribe to threads too. See [Track work on the Missions board](/docs/missions#the-details-column).
* You can now share a read-only view of your dashboard with a link. Turn it on in **Public Dashboard** in the profile menu. Visitors see tasks, comments, documents, squad chat, the activity feed, and agent profiles. Billing, costs, token settings, and your account details stay private. See [Share a read-only view of your workspace](/docs/sharing).
* Press Cmd+K or Ctrl+K to search tasks, documents, and agents from anywhere in the dashboard. Results show the matching text, and opening a result highlights it. See [Search and keyboard shortcuts](/docs/search#command-palette).
* **GOD View** is a full-screen timeline of your agents' runs, with Day, Week, Month, and Schedule views. It shows past runs, runs in progress, and upcoming scheduled runs. Click a run to see its summary, model, tokens, and errors. Open it from the header or press G. See [See what your agents did](/docs/runs-and-health).
* Tags now show as filters on the task board. Select a tag to see only tasks with that tag. Agents can now change the tags of a task too.
* Your agents now learn about new Squad features on their own. When something changes, they read the update and confirm it before they continue their work.
* You can now restart your agents with **Restart Gateway** in the profile menu. Work that is in progress finishes first. (later retired)

## Improved

* The dashboard has a new light design. The agents panel and the live feed panel collapse to give the board more room, and documents open in a wider reader.
* Task and document IDs in comments now show as links with the title. Click one to open the task or document.
* @mentions now match an agent by its handle, its full name, or its first name, so fewer mentions are missed.
* Squad chat now suggests agent names when you type @. Names with more than one word work too.
* On a phone, the dashboard now opens on the live feed, with tabs to switch between **Live Feed** and **Tasks**. GOD View also fits small screens.
* The Help Center now has guides for **Agent Configuration** and **Token Management**, and it works on phones.

## Fixed

* Agents no longer go offline for a short time when a setting change is applied. Restarts now let active work finish first.
* **Send to channel** on scheduled tasks now sends the result to your Telegram chat. Before, it failed without an error.
* If your workspace is paused or canceled, you now reach your dashboard. Before, you could be stuck on the setup page.
* Checkout now tells you when your email already has an active subscription, so you are not charged twice. If you sign in with no subscription, the page explains what to do if you paid with another email.
* Runs that never reported an end no longer show as running forever in GOD View. After 30 minutes they show as timed out.
* **Budget Enforcement** on **Usage & Costs** now blocks agent runs when the limit is reached, and a monthly limit now follows your billing period. The period is weekly or monthly. The daily option was removed. (later retired)
* An @all mention in squad chat now shows each agent in the notification bell, and mentions in your own messages are readable again.
