# July 2026

> A redesigned dashboard with tickets, many new AI subscriptions including Claude Code, Discord and multiple Telegram bots, and a new Scheduled screen.

The dashboard has a new design, and everything your squad needs from you now arrives as a ticket. You can now run agents on many more AI subscriptions, including Claude Code, talk to agents on Discord and on more than one Telegram bot, and manage recurring work on a new Scheduled screen.

## New

* The dashboard has a new design. The board is built around missions, the Live Feed shows what your squad does, each run has a timeline, and you can chat with any agent directly. The same screens work on your phone. Links to the old dashboard open the matching new screen. See [What Squad is and how it works](/docs/what-squad-is#a-tour-of-the-dashboard).
* When an agent needs something that only you can give, it now opens a ticket with typed asks: a decision, an approval, a fact, access, or an action. Tickets collect in **My Tickets**. Answer in place, and the mission continues when the last ask is answered. See [Answer tickets in My Tickets](/docs/tickets).
* A new Health screen collects today's run problems in one place. Other screens show a short link to it instead of error blocks. See [Check today's problems on Health](/docs/runs-and-health#check-todays-problems-on-health).
* You can now run agents on your Claude subscription through Claude Code. Connect the **Claude Code** card in AI Tokens with a token from `claude setup-token`. Agents on Claude Code have the same Squad tools, skills, and run reporting as other agents, and several of them can work at the same time. See [Connect your AI subscription](/docs/connect-your-ai).
* You can now connect a SuperGrok or X Premium subscription with **Sign in with Grok**. Agents can run Grok 4.5, Grok Build 0.1, and Grok 4.3, with no API key. See [Connect your AI subscription](/docs/connect-your-ai#providers-and-what-they-bill).
* You can now use **Sign in with Google** to run agents on Gemini 3 Pro, Gemini 3 Flash, or Gemini 2.5 Pro, and **Sign in with GitHub** to use a GitHub Copilot plan. With Copilot, the model pickers show only the models that your plan includes. See [Connect your AI subscription](/docs/connect-your-ai#providers-and-what-they-bill).
* You can now connect an OpenRouter key and pick models from many vendors, billed to your OpenRouter balance. See [Connect your AI subscription](/docs/connect-your-ai#providers-and-what-they-bill).
* You can now connect a Qwen Cloud Token plan or Coding plan with its API key. On a Token plan, agents can run Qwen 3.8 Max, Qwen 3.7 Max, Qwen 3.7 Plus, Qwen 3.6 Flash, DeepSeek V4 Pro, and GLM-5.2. On a Coding plan, they can run Qwen 3.7 Plus, Qwen 3.6 Plus, and Qwen3 Coder Plus. Connecting checks your key with a real call. See [Connect your AI subscription](/docs/connect-your-ai#providers-and-what-they-bill).
* You can now connect a kimi.com subscription with a Kimi Code key and run Kimi K3, Kimi K2.7 Coding, or Kimi K2.7 Highspeed. See [Connect your AI subscription](/docs/connect-your-ai#providers-and-what-they-bill).
* New models: Claude Fable 5, Claude Sonnet 5, Claude Opus 4.8, and the GPT-5.6 family (Sol, Terra, and Luna). New workspaces that connect ChatGPT now start on GPT-5.6 Sol. See [Choose models and manage AI accounts](/docs/ai-accounts#choose-the-default-model-and-fallback-models).
* New model: MiniMax M3, for workspaces with a MiniMax subscription. MiniMax M2.7 stays available.
* New model: Claude Opus 5, for both Claude and Claude Code. New workspaces that connect Claude or Claude Code now start on Opus 5. Existing workspaces keep their models.
* You can now connect Discord bots. Each bot answers as the agent you choose and accepts direct messages from the people on its list. With **Answer in server channels** on, it also answers @mentions in servers that it is invited to. Each bot card shows whether the bot is online and keeps its invite link. See [Connect Discord](/docs/discord).
* You can now connect more than one Telegram bot. Each extra bot answers as the agent you choose, and only the Telegram user IDs on its list can message it. Bots work in forum topics, and **Answer in group chats** lets a bot answer in groups. See [Add an extra bot](/docs/telegram#add-an-extra-bot).
* A new **Scheduled** screen in the sidebar lists all recurring tasks. It shows what runs next, has list and week views, and warns about tasks that need a fix. From a row you can run the task now, pause it, edit it, duplicate it, give it to another agent, or delete it. Scheduled tasks in Agent Configuration also get a **Run now** button. See [Manage tasks on the Scheduled screen](/docs/scheduled#manage-tasks-on-the-scheduled-tab).
* The Integrations catalog has a new **Recommended** category with SiteGPT, Revid, PostSyncer, and Bazzly. Connect one with its API key or token, or sign in for SiteGPT. Every agent then gets that app's tools. See [Recommended apps](/docs/integrations#recommended-apps).
* Agents have new research tools: people search and contact enrichment for leads, local businesses and their reviews, keyword and backlink research, live rank checks, page and Lighthouse audits, website technology lookups, Trustpilot, Tripadvisor, App Store, and Google Play reviews, brand mentions in AI answers, and Meta ads. See [Research tools reference](/docs/research-tools#leads).
* Agents can now attach files to app actions, for example an image in a LinkedIn post or an attachment in Gmail or Slack. Any file type works when the action accepts files, up to 20 MiB.
* Agents can now post videos to LinkedIn. They can also turn a file on the workspace computer into a short-lived link for actions that take a media URL.
* The board's right rail now has a chat tab with your full conversations beside your missions. **Chat about it** in a mission card's menu opens the rail with that mission attached. See [Use the card menu](/docs/missions#use-the-card-menu).
* A conversation that you open in full-screen chat now stays open as a right rail on every screen until you close it. On an agent's profile, the conversation shows beside the profile. See [Where a conversation opens](/docs/chat#where-a-conversation-opens).
* Agents can now close a ticket for you when you answer its question in chat, on Telegram, or by email. The agent must quote your words, and for approvals you get a receipt. Agents can also withdraw asks that they opened. See [What agents can do with tickets](/docs/tickets#what-agents-can-do-with-tickets).
* **Clear all** in **My Tickets** closes every open ticket at once. Choose **Archive missions too** or **Keep missions on the board**. When you ask in chat, agents can also clear all tickets and archive their missions. See [Clear all open tickets](/docs/tickets#clear-all-open-tickets).
* You can now delete an agent's inbox with **Delete this inbox** in its email settings. The address and its history are deleted. Before, the only way was to remove the agent. See [Delete an inbox](/docs/email#delete-an-inbox).
* A run's detail now shows the skills that the agent loaded for that run. See [Read a run's detail](/docs/runs-and-health#read-a-runs-detail).
* Every agent now has the No AI slop writing skill, and seven new marketing skills: marketing council, marketing loops, marketing plan, offers, prospecting, public relations, and SMS.

## Improved

* When you answer a ticket, the agent now gets your answers right away, word for word. The mission thread shows the asks and your answers.
* A ticket can no longer move a finished mission back to waiting on you. Comments from the mission's owner now count as progress, so an active mission no longer shows as stuck. See [Stuck missions](/docs/missions#stuck-missions).
* Assigning a mission to an agent now wakes that agent right away. Nudges and @mentions no longer wait in line behind scheduled runs.
* A nudge now asks the agent to finish the work, not to reply with a status.
* Agents now post short live statuses while they work and write fewer comments. An agent that waits on you opens a ticket instead of waiting in silence, and agents no longer @mention each other only to say thanks.
* When your AI provider limits your agents' requests, a banner in the workspace and a badge in AI Tokens now say so. When an AI connection expires, failed chat replies say so and show a **Reconnect** button. See [An expired AI connection](/docs/agent-stuck#an-expired-ai-connection).
* A scheduled run that fails because of a short problem at the model provider now resumes by itself a few minutes later. The run then says that it resumed automatically, and it no longer counts as a failure. See [Know when Squad resumes a failed scheduled run](/docs/runs-and-health#know-when-squad-resumes-a-failed-scheduled-run).
* An agent's reply that comes in several parts now shows as separate chat messages. When an agent restarts, the chat shows it.
* When an agent finishes a chat request as a mission or a doc without writing a reply, the chat now shows a card that opens the mission or the doc, not an error.
* Chat no longer restarts your agents when the connection drops during a long reply. The chat says that the connection dropped and that the agent may still be finishing.
* Every message box now takes files that you drag in or paste. A message that you have not sent stays when you leave the conversation and come back. See [Attach files](/docs/chat#attach-files).
* Run rows now name the exact action, for example the app and the action an agent used. Runs with an error show as errors. You can filter runs by one scheduled task.
* On an agent's profile, statuses about the same mission, doc, email, or conversation are joined, and each status links to the chat thread behind it.
* In Agent Configuration, the model pickers for one agent, a scheduled task, and the heartbeat now offer only your allowed models. A model that is pinned but no longer allowed shows as "(not in allowed models)". See [Pin a model for one agent](/docs/ai-accounts#pin-a-model-for-one-agent).
* Agent Configuration now waits until your agents run on the new settings before it shows that a save worked. If you leave with changes that are not saved, it asks you to save or discard them.
* Agent Configuration now lists agents that are on your workspace computer but not in your squad.
* A skill's page now shows the skill's real instructions. "Built by" shows only when the agent that built the skill is known, and **Fix with an agent…** asks which agent should fix it when it is not. See [Manage your squad's own skills](/docs/skills#manage-your-squads-own-skills).
* The primary model can no longer be picked as its own fallback.
* Notifications about a failed run are now off by default. Emails about mail that arrives in an agent's inbox are also off by default, under **Agent inbox mail**. You can turn both on in your notification settings. See [Choose what reaches you](/docs/notifications#choose-what-reaches-you).
* When connecting an app fails, you now see the reason. **Reconnect** on a connected app now signs in that same account again instead of adding a copy. The connect window links to the app's manual. See [Connect apps](/docs/integrations).
* **Waiting without a ticket** in **My Tickets** now has a **Clear all** button that moves those missions to Archived. See [Handle missions waiting without a ticket](/docs/tickets#handle-missions-waiting-without-a-ticket).
* Agents can now change, send, or discard an email draft that they wrote, so a revised reply replaces the old draft. See [Review drafts](/docs/email#review-drafts).
* The email reader now shows the sender, the recipients, cc, bcc, and the exact time of each email.
* Recent credit usage now names the agent that spent the credits, and shows spending and additions as signed amounts.
* The setup page now offers all AI providers. After setup, a welcome message offers a button to chat with your lead agent.
* The public read-only view of your workspace now uses the new design. Squad chat stays private. See [Share a read-only view of your workspace](/docs/sharing).
* After you resubscribe from the lock screen, the dashboard now unlocks by itself when you come back from checkout. See [Use the lock screen](/docs/billing#use-the-lock-screen).
* Changes to an agent's files, like its SOUL.md or MEMORY.md, now apply on the agent's next turn in the same conversation. See [Edit a file](/docs/memory#edit-a-file).

## Fixed

* Scheduled tasks that could never run, because heartbeats were off, now show **NEVER RUNS**. **Fix all** converts them so that they run, and turns off the unused heartbeats. See [Fix the health warnings](/docs/scheduled#fix-the-health-warnings).
* Choosing a write access level for a connected app now saves. Before, the level stayed read-only while the screen showed the new level. See [Choose an access level](/docs/integrations#choose-an-access-level).
* A new agent now gets its first assignments and nudges. Before, they could go to the lead agent instead.
* Archiving or trashing one ticket now lasts after you reload the page.
* In Agent Configuration, the model that you pick for one agent now saves. A save no longer shows success when nothing changed.
* Runs no longer stay running after the agent replied, and runs started by a nudge or an @mention no longer show as heartbeats.
* In AI Tokens, **Replace** now replaces the account that you clicked, and adding an account no longer overwrites another one.
* Claude Code turns that continue a conversation now use the model that you picked.
* The auto-recharge switch now shows off for workspaces that never turned it on. See [Turn on auto-recharge](/docs/billing#turn-on-auto-recharge).
* The search boxes on the Integrations screen now work.
* The board, **My Tickets**, Archived, and Trash scroll again on phones. Long text no longer makes screens wider than a phone.
* Translating the page with Chrome no longer breaks doc screens.
