# Bazzly

> Connect Bazzly so your agents can find Reddit threads and draft replies, and learn how to make a key that cannot spend money.

[Bazzly](https://www.bazzly.ai/?via=mchq) is Reddit marketing: it finds high-intent threads and helps you reply on-brand. Connect it, and your agents can find threads, draft replies, and queue them for you.

Bazzly is in the **Recommended** section of the catalog. It connects with a Bazzly API key that you paste. It has no sign-in button.

## What agents can do in Bazzly

Agents get Bazzly tools with names that start with `bazzly_`. With them, agents can:

* Find high-intent Reddit threads, each scored for fit (`bazzly_list_opportunities`).
* Draft an on-brand reply (`bazzly_generate_opportunity_reply`).
* Stage a reply (`bazzly_queue_reply`).
* See what is staged (`bazzly_list_reply_queue`).
* Use the comment, DM, and analytics tools in the same family.

Replies go out on your real Reddit presence. Agents are told to queue drafts for your review, unless you pre-approved that kind of reply. This is an instruction to the agents. Squad does not enforce it.

Bazzly has no access levels in Squad, and there is no **Per-agent access** setting for it.

The tools appear within a couple of minutes after you connect. Until then, agents cannot see them.

## Spending protection depends on your key

Squad does not block any Bazzly tool. The only protection against spending is the key itself. A Bazzly API key carries scopes: read, write, and top-ups. A key without the top-ups scope cannot buy anything, whatever tools the Bazzly server offers.

<Warning>Create the key with the **read** and **write** scopes only, and leave **top-ups** off. If the key has the top-ups scope, Squad does not stop agents from using it.</Warning>

Generating replies spends the Bazzly credits in your Bazzly account. Agents are told to tell you when credits run low. You top up yourself, in the Bazzly dashboard.

## Connect Bazzly

Before you start:

* You need a Bazzly account. Sign in at [bazzly.ai](https://www.bazzly.ai/?via=mchq).
* Your Squad subscription must be active.

    Create a key with the **read** and **write** scopes only. Leave **top-ups** off.

    Copy the key. Bazzly shows it only once.

    In Squad, open **Settings** > **Integrations**.

    On the **Connected apps** tab, click **+ Add integration**.

    Under **Recommended**, click **Bazzly**. The **Connect Bazzly** window opens.

Check that it works: Bazzly shows under **YOUR CONNECTIONS**. When you open it again, the window shows "Connected. Your agents can use Bazzly."

## Replace the key

Open the account menu (⋯) on the Bazzly row and click **Replace key**. Paste the new key and click **Save new key**. Create the new key with the same scopes: **read** and **write** only.

Squad stores one Bazzly key for your workspace. A new key replaces the old one. You cannot connect a second Bazzly account.

## Disconnect Bazzly

Open the account menu (⋯) on the Bazzly row and click **Disconnect**. Squad deletes the stored key from your workspace computer.

<Warning>**Disconnect** in the account menu acts at once. In the **Manage Bazzly** window, **Disconnect** asks you to click **Really disconnect?** first.</Warning>

## Costs

Bazzly tools do not use Squad credits. Generating replies spends the Bazzly credits in your Bazzly account. For what uses Squad credits, see [What Squad costs](/docs/costs).
